At 176 feet, the building will be one the tallest in St. Petersburg outside of downtown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663610898501_131\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/5f54d419-e4ad-44c0-a2a7-d815875d7147\/SW%2BPedestrian+%281%29.jpeg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>THE PROJECT WILL HAVE 16,350 SQUARE FEET OF GROUND FLOOR RETAIL. PHOTO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arc-3.com\/\">ARC3<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plans for the building call for 176 luxury apartments, 16,350 square feet of ground floor retail space, and the construction of a 0.4-acre park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The building will also feature 325 parking spaces, including 12 electric vehicle charging stations, on floors two through six. Floors 7 through 15 will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments while floors 16 and 17 will have eight large townhome units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Site9 will be located adjacent to two recently completed multifamily developments \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/stpeterising.com\/waterview-echelon-city-center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Waterview<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/stpeterising.com\/axio-at-carillon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Axio at Carillon<\/a>. Waterview is a 15-story development, also developed by Echelon, at 100 Main Street that features 226 units while Axio at Carillon is a five-story building with 298 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both buildings opened in 2021 and sold after completion for $100 million and $90.9 million, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663610898501_157\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/8063eb76-05a0-4162-b56b-25b1686ac0ff\/NE%2BPedestrian.jpeg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>EXTERIOR PROMENADES WITH CAF\u00c9 SEATING WILL ACTIVATE THE SPACE AND OVERLOOK A 0.4-ACRE PARK. PHOTO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arc-3.com\/\">ARC3<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is also located near a highly-anticipated Topgolf facility which is <a href=\"https:\/\/stpeterising.com\/home\/2022\/8\/11\/topgolf-begins-construction-in-st-petersburg\">under construction at 220 Carillon Parkway.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Site9 was designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arc-3.com\/\">ARC3 Architecture<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kastbuild.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KAST Construction<\/a> is serving as the general contractor for the project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While a construction timeline has not been announced, completion will likely wrap up in 2024. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663610898501_183\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/692725f8-7195-4f40-8c48-ccf4f5e65cf7\/FullSizeRender.jpeg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>A TOWER CRANE HAS BEEN ERECTED ON SITE.
