Pre-construction pricing starts in the $800,000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663047827225_123\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/8013c6c3-901b-49c4-a9e8-5e052fd397d3\/IMG_0177+1+%281%29+2.jpg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Terraces at 87th, <a href=\"https:\/\/belleairgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Belleair Development Group<\/a> has designed \u201cthe first sustainable luxury community in Tampa Bay\u201d, as each home is primed for energy-efficient solar panels, gas stovetops, and pre-wired for electric vehicle chargers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each three-story residence will have 2,207 interior square feet and 492 square feet of outdoor living space with four bedrooms (or three bedrooms + den), three bathrooms, a four-car garage, and a rooftop terrace accessed by an exterior spiral staircase. Future residents will also have the option to add an outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi to the rooftop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to providing a four-car garage for each residence, residents will also be able to park two cars under a cantilevered second-floor balcony and two cars in the driveway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663047827225_149\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/f8e5cb38-40ba-4a50-9a92-598fb0668692\/Terracesat87th_RooftopJacuzzi.jpg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe decided to include a four-car garage because it really doesn\u2019t exist anywhere else,\u201d said Carlos Yepes, Owner of Belleair Development Group. \u201cIf residents only have two cars, they can use the extra space for a workout area or storage.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another unique aspect of the project will be the inclusion of four-bedroom units, which are rarely included in new multi-family developments in St. Pete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resident amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck with spacious cabanas, fire pits, grilling areas, and a fenced-in outdoor dog park for off-leash play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1663047827225_175\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/55467dc6e4b0ebaf8fab24a0\/d0ee526e-1ea1-48a8-b809-cfd8faff8fad\/TerracesAt87th_Pool.jpg?format=750w\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belleair has selected Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the development.
